11th November - Lee's birthday, only allowed to meet in an open space outside, so met in the park to give gifts and chat. Had lovely hot chocolate whilst sitting in the Japanese Garden and then walked around the park. Later on we played Mastermind online.
15th November - What a great resource I have come across. As part of the library service, RB Digital is a resource gives access to newspapers, magazines, comics and audio books. There are past editions and you can be notified when the next publication of your favourite magazine is available. Never, ever short of anything to read.
18th November - Busy thinking about Christmas gifts. Sticking with are limited family spend and very pleased to have found extremely cheap magazine subscriptions for David and Janet. £3 for 3 editions of Good Housekeeping and £5 for 5 editions of Gardners World. So still got money to spend and I bet they won't believe I have stuck to budget.
19th November - Start of Mum's stay with us. She was with us for a week and we managed to get out for a walk into Penwortham and another walk to Hurst Grange park to see the work starting on the old coach house.
