Promised my son that I would make him curtains for his lounge window. We went together, before Tier 3 lockdown rules came in, and chose the material. When I went to start on them, I realised that I had not allowed for the pattern repeat.. aaarrgghh. However, with a bit of jiggery pokery, I have managed to get the pattern match and the curtains are almost finished at just 2cm shorter (I was told they could be up to 5cm shorter, phew). Had to stop as the needle in the sewing machine broke, I changed it but now the thread keeps snapping, better to start again tomorrow.
Finished, yeah!
